Deepak Dhotre is a seasoned aviation professional, visionary entrepreneur, and education leader with nearly two decades of experience in the Indian aviation and training industry. His journey in aviation began in 2007 in Ahmedabad, where he gained hands-on exposure to airline operations, ground handling, airport services, and aviation training standards.
With a strong foundation built through 19+ years of aviation industry experience, Deepak identified a growing gap between airline requirements and industry-ready talent. Driven by a passion to create skilled aviation professionals, he founded SG Aviation Institute in 2018, with a clear mission to deliver practical, industry-aligned training and career-focused education.
Since its inception, SG Aviation Institute—particularly at its Vadodara training center, which has been successfully operating for over 8 years—has emerged as a trusted name in aviation training. Under his leadership, the institute has trained and successfully placed more than 1,000 students across leading airlines, airports, ground handling agencies, and aviation service providers in India and abroad.
Deepak Dhotre is widely recognized for his ethical leadership, transparent business practices, and student-centric approach. He strongly believes that aviation training should be accessible, affordable, and aligned with real industry requirements rather than just theoretical knowledge.
With 250+ new airports planned across India and massive growth in regional and international air connectivity, Deepak envisions SG Aviation Institute playing a transformational role in shaping India’s future aviation workforce.

Payal Ghadge is a highly dedicated aviation counseling professional with nearly 8 years of specialized experience in student counseling and career guidance within the aviation training sector. She began her professional journey in 2018 at Vadodara, where she has played a pivotal role in guiding aspiring aviation professionals toward the right career paths.
With deep insight into the Indian and international aviation industry, Payal has successfully counseled more than 4,000 students, helping them understand aviation career opportunities, eligibility criteria, industry requirements, and realistic career progression. Her counseling approach focuses on clarity, transparency, and long-term career success, ensuring students and parents make informed decisions.
Payal Ghadge is known for her empathetic counseling style, strong communication skills, and in-depth industry knowledge. She believes that aviation counseling is not just about admissions, but about educating students on the realities of the aviation industry, grooming them mentally, and preparing them for professional expectations.

Shubham Desai is an accomplished aviation professional and experienced pilot with a strong academic and operational background in commercial aviation. He began his aviation journey in 2014 as a pilot student, driven by a passion for flying and a commitment to excellence in aviation standards.
Shubham completed his flying training in Florida, USA, where he underwent rigorous flight instruction in line with international aviation regulations and best practices. His global training exposure has given him a strong foundation in aircraft systems, flight planning, navigation, meteorology, air regulations, and operational safety.
Following his training, he went on to build over 2,000 hours of flying experience, operating with various airlines and gaining practical exposure to real-world airline operations. His flying career has equipped him with deep insight into cockpit resource management, standard operating procedures (SOPs), airline safety culture, and professional decision-making.
As a Pilot Ground Training Instructor at SG Aviation Institute, Shubham Desai plays a key role in shaping the next generation of pilots. He is responsible for handling and mentoring all pilot students, ensuring they receive DGCA-aligned, concept-based ground training that prepares them for both examinations and airline cockpit operations.
Shubham is known for his structured teaching methodology, practical explanations, and student-friendly approach. He focuses on bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real cockpit experience, helping students develop professional discipline, situational awareness, and confidence.
